Dave and company replaced a windshield in our Q8, and the install was flawless. An issue came up, and Dave's exact words were "Don, not to worry, I have your back". True to his words, after a dealership sent out another windshield which had a flaw in it, a second was installed. I had an extremely positive experience with Easy Auto Glass this past Monday. I was driving down Deerfoot when my sunroof suddenly exploded, which was understandably stressful. I called Easy Auto Glass around 1 p.m., and from that first conversation they clearly explained the process, set realistic expectations, and let me know the repair would most likely be completed the following day. They also offered me a loaner van overnight so I could still get to work, which was already above and beyond what I expected. I dropped my vehicle off shortly after 1 p.m., and as it turned out, the part had arrived and the team was able to complete the repair the same day. By 3 p.m., my vehicle was fully repaired and cleaned. While same-day service wasn’t promised or expected, the fact that the team was able to make it happen when circumstances aligned speaks volumes about their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to customer care. The honest communication, clear expectations, and overall service made this an exceptional experience. Had new windshield installed in our Audi A3 and decided to go with a Fuyao as per their recommendation.  Can't say enough about how fantastic their service is.  Ladies at the front are patient and awesome to deal with.  Install top notch!  Ended up getting a small rock chip months later and they repaired fast and without any hassle at all. Great communication, offered me their courtesy vehicle (which don't let looks fool you is siiiiick according to my 7 year old), and just an overall seamless and smooth process. Never again going anywhere else for auto windshields! I had quotes of $700 from the big chains and believed that to be the going rate. Then I was referred to Easy while looking for a more convenient location near where i live. I was immediately impressed by the customer service of this independent business. It's so refreshing to deal directly with staff that know what they're doing and understand their customers' need - friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Then I was even more impressed by the quality and efficiency of their work. The windshield also comes with a guarantee and free stone chip repair. All this and a savings of almost 50% compared to the big chains. I don't know how they can provide such quality service at this price, but i sure am happy i found them. Maybe more accurate to say i have no idea where the $300+ extra is going for the lower-quality service at a large provider and am grateful i narrowly missed wasting all that money. Huge thanks to Easy Auto Glass! It doesn't surprise me that their rating here indicates that all their customers have good experiences.
